Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Pickup: You may cancel your scheduled order prior to rider pickup.

After Pickup / During Processing: Once clothes have been collected or processing has commenced at the assigned partner facility, cancellation eligibility depends on order status and transit stages.

2. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method. Actual credit timelines depend on your issuing payment provider or bank.

If there is an item count discrepancy or service concern, contact LaundryOne support promptly upon order delivery.
