1. Platform Role & Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the LaundryOne platform. LaundryOne acts as an operational technology marketplace connecting customer service requests with eligible third-party laundry partner stores.
2. Automatic Partner Assignment
LaundryOne automatically matches each eligible order with an appropriate nearby LaundryOne partner based on availability, serviceability, and capacity. Customers acknowledge that LaundryOne assigns the operating partner.
3. Ordering, Pricing & Payments
All prices shown before checkout represent itemized service rates. Final payable amounts are confirmed prior to order placement. Payments are processed securely by authorized payment service providers when payment integration is activated.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that pockets are emptied of valuables, pens, or hazardous items before pickup. LaundryOne and its partner facilities are not responsible for uninspected items left inside pockets.
